For septic and plumbing companies

Book the pump-out before they call the next company on Google.

LeadDragon answers the calls your crew can't, texts back every missed caller, books the job and asks for the review when it's done. Office and trucks see the same schedule.

Sound familiar?

Septic calls don't wait. If you miss one, the next company on Google picks it up.

Your crew is in a tank when the phone rings.

The office is on another line or out on a job. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail. They hang up and call whoever is next in the map pack.

Every pump-out should come back in three years.

You have years of customers who will need service again, and nobody reminds them. They search Google when the drain gurgles and find a competitor.

Reviews decide who gets the call.

People pick the septic company with the most recent five-star reviews. Asking for them is the first thing to slip on a busy week.

Why septic

We've spent years wiring phones and follow-up for home service companies.

Septic is a phone business. The work is good, the margins are good, and the jobs that get lost are almost always the ones nobody answered in time.

So we set LeadDragon up around the phone first: text-back, AI Voice after hours, a pipeline the office can read at a glance and service reminders that keep past customers coming back. You get a 1-hour onboarding call, then 24/7 live chat and weekly office hours after launch.

How it works

Three things that keep the schedule full while the trucks are out.

01

Every call gets answered

Missed calls get a text in seconds. After hours, AI Voice picks up, takes the address and the problem, and books the job or flags the emergency for you.

02

Jobs book and confirm themselves

Online booking, appointment reminders and on-the-way texts go out automatically. Fewer no-shows and fewer "what time are you coming?" calls.

03

Past customers come back on schedule

Pump-out reminders go out at the interval you set. Review requests go out the day the job is done, so your Google profile keeps climbing.

Questions

What septic owners ask us.

Does LeadDragon replace my dispatch or field service software?

No. Keep ServiceTitan or whatever runs your dispatch and invoicing. LeadDragon handles the front end: calls, texts, booking, reminders, reviews and marketing. We connect the two where it makes sense.

How does AI Voice handle an emergency call?

You decide what counts as an emergency. When a caller describes one, AI Voice takes the address and details, flags it, and texts or calls your on-call tech right away. Routine calls get booked into open slots.

Can I keep my business phone number?

Yes. We can port your number or forward it, so customers keep calling the number on your trucks and your Google profile.

What does onboarding cover?

One 1-on-1 onboarding call, about an hour, with our team. We set up your account, connect your phone, calendar and lead sources, and turn on the follow-up that matters most for your business first. It's normally $500 and it's waived on the $97 plan. After the call, you have weekly live office hours and 24/7 live chat.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Go through onboarding and use it. If LeadDragon isn't right for your business, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund your payment in full.
